Great City Race
How far can you walk or run in 10 weeks to make it home for Thanksgiving? The Great City Race is a program designed to see how far you can walk or run across the country in 10 weeks before Thanksgiving. You will track your progress online throughout the program and you will receive a shirt at the end of the race denoting the city you traveled to. Destinations include: Springfield (80 miles), Peoria (148 miles), Chicago (280 miles), Atlanta (555 miles) and Washington DC (805 miles).
The program runs from September 17th thru November 26th for $20 for members and $50 for non-members.
All participants will receive a t-shirt marking the city and distance achieved. All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to participate!

June 1st – August 9th
Our indoor triathlon is back! You have 10 weeks to complete your race! Participants will log their progress online. Based on your completed distances you will be awarded with a t-shirt reflecting your Tri level. This is designed for any fitness level!
Levels:
Half-Distance: 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike and 13.1 miles on foot
Full-Distance: 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and 26.2 miles on foot
Ultra-Distance: 4.8 mile swim, 224 mile bike and 52.4 miles on foot
Members $20 • Non-Members $50

JANUARY 1ST – DECEMBER 31ST
Can you run or walk 1,000 miles in a year?! We know you can! Become a part of the 1,000 Mile Club when you cross the finish line! You can take all year or challenge yourself to get even more miles in! You will log your miles and once you get to 1,000 you get a special t-shirt! Additionally, when you complete the 1,000 miles, you can get $20 back in the form of a credit to membership or it can be donated to our Annual Campaign.
