VIRTUAL SPOOKTACULAR 5K, 5 OR 10 MILE RUN/WALK
This year’s Spooktacular Run/Walk will offer everyone the opportunity to get up, get active and get healthy – VIRTUALLY. We encourage individuals and families of all ages and fitness levels to participate! Sign up for either a 5K , 5 or 10 Mile Walk/Run and you can get weekly coaching starting on August 17th. Every registered participant will receive a technical long sleeve shirt and participation medal upon completion! Registration deadline is October 17th. You have from the time you register to October 24th to complete the race. Upon completion, post an image to our Facebook Race Event or email Ann McLean at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Chair Yoga is a class designed for people of all ages. It is excellent for increasing flexibility, balance and promotes calmness of the mind. It is also great for anyone who has had knee, hip, back injuries and arthritis.

Weight training is a necessary component of everyone’s exercise program to manage weight, to protect against bone loss, to strengthen the body, and to fight against diseases. These classes use personalized instruction to teach members weight-bearing and muscle strengthening exercises using free weights and machines for a full-body workout. We can accommodate every fitness level, regardless of experience, health concerns or physical limitations. It will give you a total body workout and improve your confidence using the Fitness Center.

Head Coach Bo Pritchard instructs dynamic resistance training focusing on strength and balance. We will train different energy systems and use foam rolling. All muscle groups are challenged for an effective total body workout.
Sports Team Training
The Sports Team Training (STT) program is for middle school, high school & collegiate sports teams. The STT is directed by former collegiate strength & conditioning Coach Bo Pritchard. This program consists of a 1hr 15min, 2-day-a-week, total body plyometric training workout. Offering an elite level training at an affordable cost! For the last 7 years, we have conducted the pre-season training for the EHS ladies basketball & softball team. We can help your team too!

Barre & Yoga
This class is designed to share the benefits of Yoga with anyone, regardless of physical ability. This includes individuals living with physical limitations or chronic illness, especially those with Parkinson’s Disease. It is specifically geared towards taking a creative and mindful approach towards adapting poses for every body.

This class is a part of our Parkinson’s programming and is FREE for those registered for the Parkinson’s Exercise class.
This class explores asana (poses) including standing, seated, twists, backbends and the fundamentals of sun salutations. Poses and sequences are practiced with alignment in mind, offering practitioners the opportunity to gain confidence, strength, and flexibility. The finer details of basic postures are emphasized with variations so that students gain comfort and learn appropriate modifications for their personal practice. The unhurried pace and simple poses make this class great for beginners while the detailed alignment instructions and spiritual context keep it interesting and valuable for all levels of yoga students. Expect a well-rounded class that includes poses, breathing, meditation and philosophy.

Youth Yoga (Ages 5 - 10)
We will get kids singing, dancing, skipping, marching, jogging, shaking, laughing, hopping, limbo-ing and storytelling ALL while practicing authentic Yoga.
Beyond a basic barre workout: this class encourages you to challenge yourself with weights, planks, pushups, thigh, glute and hamstring work, sometimes using a barre for balance. A short, intense targeted core work at the end of the class will strengthen your abs and back muscles. It is a combo of strength training, barre, yoga and pilates. Special 1 Night Class: This practice is designed to restore the nervous system and help release deeply held tensions from the body and mind. Props will be used to support posture and poses will be held for an extended period of time. This class is appropriate for students of all levels.
Candlelight Yoga Flow
Indulge in the ultimate yoga experience combining soft music and candlelight in this special 75 minute class. We begin slowly by mindfully flowing with the breath from one pose to the next. Gradually the poses increase in difficulty ensuring everyone from beginners to more advanced students find their space to grow in strength and confidence. By practicing in a candlelit space, we can focus on our own individual light to release judgement and competition. This helps release physical, mental, and emotional tension. Each student’s abilities will be honored by offering variations to support all levels.
