Book Your Class

Our brand new studio has everything you need! Experience a spin class like none other. Train with coaches that will motivate you. Here’s how to get started:

  • Reserve your spot up to two weeks in advance at the Niebur Center or on MINDBODY App or Website.
  • Buy a punch card! (Good for 1 year from purchase.)
  • Bring your water & have a great workout!
  • If this is your first class, please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for proper bike setup.

All Spinning® Classes Are Pre-paid:

  • Full Privilege Members: Individual classes are $5 • 11 for $50 • Unlimited Monthly Pass $55
  • Basic Members: Individual classes are $7 • 10 for $70 
  • Non-Members: Individual classes are $9 • 10 for $90

Sculpt N' Spin

Energized…that is how you will feel after taking this exciting combo class! To truly meet your fitness goals, you have to implement weight training & cardio. Get your cardio with a 30-minute spin & spend 45 minutes with our motivational instructors for strength training, focusing on the whole body, using weight machines, free weights and body weight exercises.

MAX Fit

Maximize your fitness potential with this intense workout combining strength, cardio and spinning. You can expect to see loss of unwanted pounds and inches, improved muscle tone, increased endurance, strength, flexibility, coordination and decreased body fat.

Exercise For Parkinson's *NEW*

Class includes 30 minutes of indoor cycling and 30 minutes of a land-based fitness activity.

LEVEL 1: Participants exercise seated or standing with support. Movements are done at a pace and intensity that are appropriate for each participant.

LEVEL 2: Participants must be able to walk and stand up from a chair without assistance. Most exercises are done standing.

LEVEL 3: Higher intensity, faster paced classes where participants perform multiple step exercises and may get on/off the floor.

Cycle Yoga *NEW*

A 60 minute, comprehensive, full body workout to help us exercise all the muscle groups. This high intensity cycle class is followed by a yoga session; utilizing two studio rooms for the ultimate experience.

A small group (4 – 9) setting where you can excel and take your training to the next level. You will still benefit from a world-class instructor & targeted programming to meet your personal needs, as well as ongoing accountability from your instructor and fellow group members.
