Our Spinning classes are held in our Spin Studio at the Niebur Center. Please register for classes on our website on a weekly basis. Bring your towel and water.
NOTE: If you need to withdraw from a class, you must call 656-0436 or email cancelclass@edwymca.com at least two hours prior to the class.

Sculpt N' Spin

Energized…that is how you will feel after taking this exciting combo class! To truly meet your fitness goals, you have to implement weight training & cardio. Get your cardio with a 30-minute spin & spend 45 minutes with our motivational instructors for strength training, focusing on the whole body, using weight machines, free weights and body weight exercises.

Exercise For Parkinson's

Class includes 30 minutes of indoor cycling and 30 minutes of a land-based fitness activity.

LEVEL 1: Participants exercise seated or standing with support. Movements are done at a pace and intensity that are appropriate for each participant.

LEVEL 2: Participants must be able to walk and stand up from a chair without assistance. Most exercises are done standing.

LEVEL 3: Higher intensity, faster paced classes where participants perform multiple step exercises and may get on/off the floor.

Bike Training

Open time for bikers to use the Spin bikes to train for miles when you can’t get outside! No instructor – make your own ride, up to 2 hours. Members Only.
