Ninja & Youth Cross Training
The program will consist of obstacle courses, running, jumping, climbing, crawling, and balancing elements with the aim of testing speed and endurance!
Tiny Ninjas (Ages 2 - 3)
Tiny Ninjas is an instructor-led Semi-Structured Open Gym for Preschoolers ages 2 – 3 who are excited to explore the Upstairs Preschool Gym without a parent present, It is the first independent class. Coaches will lead students through various obstacle courses, encouraging Ninjas to swing, roll, hang, climb, and jump along the way. Coaches will model age-appropriate social skills, engaging students through play during this class, and encourage students to begin following simple class directions.

This program will develop gross motor and age-appropriate social skills while progressing through a variety of obstacle courses each week. They should wait in the lobby for a coach to open the doors, signaling they are ready for class to begin.

Register Online ›Ninja Training (Ages 5 - 11)
Athletes ages 5 and up who register for our Ninja Training class will jump, climb, hop, swing, run, roll, leap and hang their way through a variety of different obstacles each week. Students will increase their coordination, grip strength, speed, agility, balance, stamina and mobility using different areas of our Gym under the supervision of our Coaches, and incorporating a games format. Teamwork and sportsmanship will be emphasized.
