All children, regardless of experience, age or ability can benefit from this amazing, dynamic sport! In order to ensure that camp is fun, challenging, and appropriate for all children, campers are grouped for age and progress level to ensure success for all.

Gymnastics Camp
Gymnasts will practice and improve their basic gymnastics skills on all of the traditional women’s gymnastics events. All campers will explore the Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor and Trampoline. Athletes will have a blast and gain strength and confidence in our gym! Camp will conclude with a special “show & tell” skills for parents!

Tumbling, Trampoline & Acro Camp
Come learn to tumble, jump and dance, then put these elements together in fun and creative ways! Campers will perform their routines for parents on the last day of class. DANCERS, GYMNASTS & TUMBLERS ALL benefit from this awesome class!

Cheer Camp
Give me a Y-M-C-A!!!! Campers will learn the basics of cheering, dance, small stunts, jumps and tumbling all in a fun and uplifting setting! Camp will culminate with a cheer performance on the last day of class.

BOUNDS, REBOUNDS & JUMPS CAMP!
(Grades 1st - 6th)
Join in the fun with springboards, basketballs, jump ropes and fun performance tricks as you up your game and fitness level with a lot of fun! We will combine these elements into fun agility and speed routines, with explosive board jumps! Looking for something different? Harnessing your inner warrior? This is it! Tennis shoes, water bottles, and athletic wear please!
