These classes use personalized instruction to teach members weight-bearing and muscle strengthening exercises using free weights and machines for a full-body workout. We can accommodate every fitness level, regardless of experience, health concerns or physical limitations. It will give your body a total body workout and improve your confidence using the fitness center.
