Tri On Your Time

Swim. Bike. Run. Repeat.

March 25th – June 1st
Our indoor triathlon is back! You have 10 weeks to complete your race! Participants will log their progress online. Based on your completed distances you will be awarded with a t-shirt reflecting your Ironman level. This is perfect for any fitness level!

Half-Ironman: 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike and 13.1 miles on foot
Ironman: 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and 26.2 miles on foot
Ultra-Ironman: 4.8 mile swim, 224 mile bike and 52.4 miles on foot

Full Privilege Members $20 •  Basic Members $50 • Youth (12-17) $10

Couch To 5K

Train with us to complete the YMCA Spooktacular October 19th. Sign up for our coached, motivational, and FUN Couch to 5K training program for runners and walkers. This 15 week program will get you back on the road OR ready to finish your first 5K. All ages and abilities are welcome.

Spooktacular 5k & 2 Mile Run/Walk

The Spooktacular Run/Walk offers everyone the opportunity to get up, get active, and get healthy. We encourage individuals and families of all ages and fitness levels to participate! Sign up for either a 5K Run or a 2-Mile Family Fun Walk/Run. Every registered participant will receive a t-shirt* and participation medal!

Register by October 2nd to guarantee a shirt! Family registration includes 4 participants.

Wear your most spooktacular costume and be sure to visit the costume contest table!! Prizes will be given for the best kid, adult & family!

Ho Ho Hold Your Weight!

Don’t let the holiday weight sneak up on you! We have a great plan to keep the weight off during the holidays! This plan will help you say “NO” to those holiday cravings & challenge you to maintain your weight within 2lbs. for 7 weeks.


  • Punch Card for 4 FREE Spin Classes
  • Weekly Emails: Include An Exercise Challenge & A Healthy Recipe
  • $20 YMCA Voucher if you maintain your weight within 2lbs. If you gain more than 2lbs. your $20 fee will go towards our 2019 Annual Campaign program to help families in need.

Run Club

Meet at Niebur Center lower level entry for a 30-60 minute run. You will get pro-tips to improve your training. Each session ends with stretching and a core workout. Every fitness level is encouraged to attend, bring your friends and set new goals. Childcare is not available, but strollers are welcome.
