Our indoor triathlon is back! You have 10 weeks to complete your race! Participants will log their progress online. Based on your completed distances you will be awarded with a t-shirt reflecting your Ironman level. This is designed for any fitness level!
Half-Ironman: 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike and 13.1 miles on foot
Ironman: 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and 26.2 miles on foot
Ultra-Ironman: 4.8 mile swim, 224 mile bike and 52.4 miles on foot

Great City Race
How far can you walk or run in 10 weeks to make it home for Thanksgiving? The Great City Race is a brand new program designed to see how far you can walk or run across the country in 10 weeks before Thanksgiving. You will track your progress online throughout the program and you will receive a shirt at the end of the race denoting the city you traveled to. Destinations include: Springfield (80 miles), Peoria (148 miles), Chicago (280 miles), Atlanta (555 miles) and Washinton DC (805 miles).
The program runs from September 17th thru November 26th for $20 for members and $50 for non-members.
All participants will receive a t-shirt marking the city and distance achieved. All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to participate!
Spooktacular 5k & 2 Mile Run/Walk
This year’s Spooktacular Run/Walk will offer everyone the opportunity to get up, get active and get healthy – VIRTUALLY. We encourage individuals and families of all ages and fitness levels to participate! Sign up for either a 5K , 5 or 10 Mile Walk/Run and you can get weekly coaching starting on August 17th. Every registered participant will receive a technical long sleeve shirt and participation medal upon completion! Registration deadline is October 17th. You have from the time you register to October 24th to complete the race. Upon completion, post an image to our Facebook Race Event or email Ann McLean at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Don’t let the holiday weight sneak up on you! We have a great plan to keep the weight off during the holidays! This plan will help you say “NO” to those holiday cravings & challenge you to maintain your weight within 2lbs. for 7 weeks.

Meet at Niebur Center lower level entry for a 30-60 minute run. You will get pro-tips to improve your training. Each session ends with stretching and a core workout. Every fitness level is encouraged to attend, bring your friends and set new goals. Childcare is not available, but strollers are welcome.
