Ninja Warrior Training

The program will consist of obstacle courses, running, jumping, climbing, crawling, and balancing elements with the aim of testing speed and endurance!

Tiny Ninjas (2 Year Olds Only)

In our Junior Ninja Warrior Program, kids will focus on coordination/footwork, grip strength, speed, agility, balance, general strength/stamina, and mobility. Our program provides our athletes with the foundation of ninja warrior training through proper progressions in a safe environment.

Lil Ninjas (Ages 3 - 4)

This program allows kids to swing, climb, jump & roll through Ninja obstacle courses! Your child will also enjoy ninja training through the warp wall, ropes, as well as fun ninja challenges.
