Combines Latin-based dance rhythms with aquatic fitness. Making for a fun and high-energy workout, while reducing impact on your joints!
Performance of exercises in the water to increase joint mobility, improve muscular strength, and increase vitality. The goal is easier joint movement to carry out daily activities. The water provides buoyancy to lesson weight on affected joints. Co-ed and drop-in.

Deep Water Aerobics
A fun and effective workout in the deep end of the pool. This class improves strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance without joint impact. Flotation belts provided.

A vigorous, non-impact form of running done in the deep end of the pool. Maximum fitness benefit with minimal injury risk. Flotation belts provided.

Masters Swim Workout
Intermediate/Advanced Drop-in Class For adults interested in improving their competitive swimming skills & strokes. This class can better prepare you for an upcoming triathlon, master’s swimming meet or simply enjoy the pleasure of working out with other swimmers.
