Nationwide Membership

The Edwardsville YMCA is proud to be a part of the YMCA’s Nationwide Membership. Your full privilege membership is now good at all participating YMCA’s across the United States. We offer this because we want to help you reach your health and wellness goals wherever you live, work or travel. This is an essential part of our mission to strengthen communities. To find a Y in another location, go to ymca.net.

Home YMCA: This is the YMCA where you pay your membership dues and use the facility 51% of the time. You must present your YMCA Card or Photo ID at the front desk when you visit other YMCA’s.

Do I have to pay for classes?

When you are registering for sessional classes or events at other (non-home) YMCA’s you will have to pay non-member prices.
Additional fees for drop-in features may apply depending on the individual YMCA policies.

Can I bring a guest?

Guests are subject to the individual YMCA’s policies and are not included in the reciprocal membership benefit. However, nationwide members are not able to bring guests to the Edwardsville YMCA.

If you have a Mission Membership (Formerly Full Prvilege), then everyone on the membership can utilize the reciprocal membership. *Facility age restrictions do apply.

What exclusions apply?

This is a benefit strictly for our full privilege members. Members will need to sign a universal liability waiver and privacy policy.
Charges, rules, and restrictions are subject to individual YMCA policies.

All Y’s reserve the right to restrict or revoke these privileges.
Registered sex offenders are prohibited from participating.
