Quarantine Tri On Your Time
Our 10 week triathlon is back with a twist! Our new digital Tri On Your Time program makes it possible for you to log your progress for running and biking ONLINE, and replaces our swim component with an online fitness class, or online lap tracking is you have your own pool! This “race” is designed for all levels, so get ready to jump back into fitness from wherever you are with the support of the Edwardsville YMCA! At the end of the 10 weeks, you will be awarded an exclusive t-shirt reflecting your completed Ironman level!

Virtual Couch To 5K
Join Coach Beth Wittek for this class that will get you moving – all the way from Netflix and snacks to tennis shoes and the track in just 6 weeks! We’ll hold Zoom check-in meetings on Thursdays at 1:00pm and you’ll receive guidance and your training instructions for the week every Monday! Our 6 Week Mini Zoom Sessions start the week of May 11th!
